Shipping Rates and Policies
Your order will be shipped to your address via DHL or freight carrier of our choice. Shipping charges are added to the total of your order as indicated on the checkout page. Shipping of products normally occurs within 10 business days of our receipt of your order. In the event that shipment is not within this time period, we will notify you. Any order to a residential address must be marked as such on the checkout page. Any fees incurred by us for an order not property marked as residential will be passed on to you.
Sister Kate's Products takes the satisfaction of all our customers very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your product from us, you may return it within 30 days for a refund excluding shipping charges. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. In the event an item arrives damaged, Sister Kate's Products must be notified within 4 days of your receipt of the item. We will then replace the item or parts as necessary at no charge.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. During the warranty period we will assist as needed to repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse.
